What The Job Looks Like

This role is for the person who loves being the one who makes everything run smoothly. You'll support the full new hire journey — from sourcing and screening, all the way through onboarding day one. This is a great fit if you're early in your HR career and want broad, hands-on exposure — not just one narrow function. You'll touch recruiting, onboarding, offboarding, compliance, and systems all in one role. Here's What That Looks Like Day-To-Day:

• Posting roles and managing candidate pipelines

• Working with hiring managers to coordinate interviews and keep candidates informed

• Preparing offer letters and managing background checks

• Serving as the first point of contact for every new hire through their first day

• Handling I-9s, system setup, equipment, and orientation logistics

• Supporting offboarding and core HR operations

What We're Looking For:

• 1–2 years in HR, recruiting, or admin (internship experience counts)

• Strong organization and communication skills- high attention to detail and discretion

• Experience with an ATS or HRIS (Paychex HRIS experience preferred)

• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build relationships with candidates and hiring managers

• Experience in hiring and recruitment processes, including interviewing and onboarding

• Customer service mindset with a focus on delivering a positive candidate experience

• Proficiency in administrative assistance, including scheduling, record-keeping, and organizing recruitment activities

• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment

Compensation & Growth

$42,000–$50,000 depending on experience

This is an entry-level hire with a clear growth path into a full HR Generalist role. We're invested in developing the right person — not just filling a seat.
