Job Description
We are looking for a dynamic and result-driven Talent Acquisition Manager to lead end-to-end hiring for business and technology roles. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in managing recruitment operations, stakeholder management, and driving hiring strategies in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle from requirement gathering to onboarding
• Partner with Hiring Managers to understand hiring needs and define job requirements
• Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies through job portals, social media, and referrals
• Screen, shortlist, and assess candidates to ensure quality hiring
• Handle salary negotiations and offer rollouts
• Maintain strong candidate experience throughout the hiring process
• Track and analyze recruitment metrics (TAT, conversion ratio, etc.)
• Manage and mentor a junior recruiter (if applicable)
• Ensure adherence to hiring timelines and budget
Requirements
• 5–7 years of experience in Talent Acquisition / Recruitment
• Proven experience in end-to-end hiring across multiple functions (Non-Tech + Tech preferred)
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
• Hands-on experience with job portals (Naukri, LinkedIn, etc.)
• Experience in handling offer negotiations and closures
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
• Immediate joiners preferred
• Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field
