About this Role
As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will be instrumental in scaling UptimeAI’s teams across functions — from engineering and product to sales, operations, and marketing. You’ll work closely with the founding and leadership team to identify, attract, and hire high-impact individuals who align with our mission and culture.
This is a high-ownership, high-visibility role best suited for someone who thrives in dynamic startup environments and is excited to build the talent foundation of a rapidly growing deep-tech company.
Who You Are
• You have 2+ years of experience recruiting for both tech and non-tech roles in a fast-paced startup
• You’ve worked directly with founders or early leadership teams
• You’re confident in handling full-cycle recruitment — sourcing to offer
• You’re process-driven, organized, and care about delivering a great candidate experience
• You can juggle multiple roles and prioritize effectively
• You understand the nuances of hiring for startups — speed, quality, and culture fit
What You’ll Do
• Own end-to-end recruitment for all roles (tech, product, sales, ops, etc.)
• Partner directly with founders and hiring managers to understand role requirements and success profiles
• Source candidates proactively via LinkedIn, communities, networks, and ATS
• Manage job postings, outreach, screening, interview coordination, and feedback loops
• Drive and optimize candidate experience throughout the funnel
• Create and maintain recruitment metrics, dashboards, and hiring pipelines
• Help refine the employer brand and candidate messaging across platforms
• Collaborate with leadership to improve hiring processes and reduce time-to-fill
• Work with external recruiters or partners as needed
