HappyFox is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Mid-Market Team Lead to drive a team of sales representatives focused on selling cutting-edge solutions to mid-market companies while helping the team achieve sales targets, expand the customer base and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

• Lead, manage and mentor a team of sales representatives, ensuring they meet and exceed sales goals while effectively identifying and acquiring new clients and actively contribute to sales by carrying individual quotas

• Develop and implement strategies to grow the mid-market customer base, managing and closing complex sales cycles to drive new logo acquisitions and market expansion

• Monitor key sales metrics and provide actionable insights to management, continuously improving sales processes and driving team development

• Collaborate closely with internal teams Sales Engineering, Account Management and Customer Success to refine sales strategies, streamline execution, and enhance customer outcomes

• Leverage data insights, customer intents, and adoption history to prospect new clients, increase market penetration, and boost retention rates

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience as a top-performing sales professional, with a proven track record of success in selling to mid-market companies

• Deep understanding of industry trends, with the ability to build strong relationships with key decision-makers

• Strong sales skills, including business justification, negotiation, and closing complex deals

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to effectively convey ideas and build rapport with clients

• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment while maintaining a focus on both individual and team goals
