職位宗旨

負責監督當班時洗衣房的所有運作。洗衣房經理休假時，負責洗衣房所有運作。

主要負責事項

- 確實督導英才所有客衣洗衣服務都必須準時的送回給客人。

- 所有相關文件都需準時完成並送至相關部門。

- 督導洗衣房操作員依照飯店標準正確使用清潔劑及告知正確的布料基礎知識。

- 確認洗衣房內的所有設備及藥劑的品質無任何缺失。

- 任何有關客衣清洗的抱怨都需在最短時間內盡速解決。

- 遵守所有公司政策和程序。
