Job Description

• The manager of technical delivery and support for the retail sales audit systems is accountable for design, development and support of the Oracle retail platform (ReSA) and its complimentary applications for a global community.

• This position is also accountable for all project delivery including design, implementation and production transition support as well as project oversight. 

• This leader serves as the Information Technology expert for internal business and IT stakeholders and is a primary contact for external software providers/vendors related to our sales audit footprint.

• This leader must become knowledgeable in the applicable business technology solutions deployed across the enterprise and work to support the global retail sales system initiatives providing technology that will scale and perform at current and projected levels. 

• The technical manager reports to the Corporate Systems Senior Director.

• Provide leadership and technical direction to delivery and support teams

• Participate as advisor in architecting and design of future enterprise solutions as they relate to financial system processing and security

• Support and optimize the existing retail sales audit footprint

• Drive/support efforts to retire our underperforming and obsolete legacy systems 

• Establishing and sustain a technical release roadmap to support a cost effective, repeatable, and rapid deployment framework. 

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree with at least 12+ years of successful IT experience and at a minimum of 7-10 years background in Retail environments, specifically with Oracle ReSA applications knowledge

• Must possess ability to understand highly complex and custom developed systems

• Candidate should have global implementation expertise in implementations and solution architecture in a global environment

• Excellent communication and presentation skills needed

• Extensive background in implementing and optimizing Retail applications, specifically sales audit and its related applications.

• Deep knowledge of the Oracle ReSA application running on 10g/11g  DB 

• Experience with Oracle Reports, Forms, Interfaces and Extensions needed

• Experience with SQL, PL/SQL Scripts, Unix Shell scripting, Java/J2ee, Workflow, XML, AIX  

• Understanding of Oracle technology stack and toolsets 

• Experience in managing technical teams in large global projects

• Experience writing and reviewing technical design documents, RFP's and SOW's

• Experience in delivering presentations to senior management

• Knowledge of mainframe technology is preferred
