Technical Program Manager

We are looking for a dynamic Technical Program Manager to lead high-impact initiatives and drive efficiency across our organization. This role offers the opportunity to manage complex projects and collaborate with diverse teams in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead large-scale initiatives aimed at developing new products and platforms.

• Manage the full lifecycle of key programs, ensuring effective communication with stakeholders.

• Establish prioritization for plan execution to minimize operational disruptions.

• Collaborate with product, design, engineering, and operations teams to drive project success.

• Utilize data and metrics to create clarity and inform decision-making at all levels.

• Champion process improvements and operational excellence across the organization.

Skills

• 7+ years of experience in Technical Program Management in a fast-paced tech environment.

• Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders through data-driven reporting.

• Proven ability to oversee complex migrations and integrations effectively.

• Experience with scripting languages and SQL queries.

• Familiarity with modern software development practices and cloud technologies.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in managing initiatives within rapidly growing organizations.

• Knowledge of containerization and microservices architecture.

• Ability to thrive in a collaborative, entrepreneurial environment.
