Ciklum is looking for a Technical Project Manager to join our team full-time in Slovakia.

About the role:
As a Technical Project Manager, become a part of a cross-functional development team engineering experiences of tomorrow. This role is ideal for a technically-minded product professional with experience in cloud-native platforms, API-driven products, and cross-functional project delivery.
You will bridge the gap between technical teams and business stakeholders, driving successful delivery of high-impact solutions that enhance internal digital experiences, standardize ways-of-working, and improve end-to-end processes.
As a Technical Project/Product Manager, you will lead the development and execution of multiple software initiatives, manage product and project backlogs, coordinate cross-functional teams, and ensure alignment with business objectives, customer needs, and global standards.
Responsibilities:
• Project & Program Management: Lead development and delivery of strategic internal software tools and platforms
• Technical Leadership: Oversee scope, timeline, budget, and resources across multiple initiatives
• Roadmap Management: Maintain and communicate a clear program roadmap aligned with stakeholders
• Team Coordination: Prioritize tasks, manage workflow, and resolve delivery issues
• Goal Setting & Delivery: Define milestones and ensure successful digital product delivery
• Stakeholder Engagement: Align with technical partners and manage expectations through continuous communication
• Risk & Issue Management: Identify risks, address challenges, and drive mitigation actions
• Status Reporting: Provide regular progress updates across products and tools
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with engineering, DevOps, design, finance, IT, and procurement to translate requirements into execution
• Global Alignment: Coordinate with R&D and global sites to ensure organizational alignment
• Backlog Ownership: Define, prioritize, and manage backlog, releases, and feature planning
• Customer Advocacy: Represent internal users and incorporate feedback into decisions
• Strategy & Innovation: Support platform strategy and drive optimization opportunities
• Performance Monitoring: Track KPIs and recommend improvements based on data
• Process Standardization: Promote transparency and consistent delivery practices
• Continuous Improvement: Enhance workflows and collaboration across time zones
Requirements:
• Proven experience in technical product or project management, preferably in cloud-native or platform-based products
• Strong technical understanding, with familiarity with APIs, SQL, infrastructure management, and development tools (Terraform knowledge is a plus)
• Hands-on experience managing cross-functional teams and delivering complex technical projects on time and within budget
• Skilled in Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and able to adapt frameworks to team needs
• Data-driven mindset with experience in analytics and applying continuous improvement practices
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and presentation skills

The salary starts from 2500 Euro gross. The final salary depends on the previous experience and professional knowledge of the candidate.
