Accountabilities:
• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for specialized technical roles, from sourcing and screening to offer negotiation and onboarding.
• Utilize AI-enhanced sourcing tools and automation to identify, engage, and attract top-tier passive candidates.
• Develop and optimize scalable hiring processes and ensure consistent adoption across the organization.
• Act as a strategic advisor to hiring managers, providing market intelligence, talent mapping, and competitive insights.
• Ensure a best-in-class candidate experience, maintaining high engagement and brand perception throughout the process.
• Collaborate with teams across multiple geographies, understanding local hiring nuances and compensation benchmarks.
• Maintain data integrity and pipeline transparency using ATS and sourcing platforms.
Requirements:
• 3–5+ years of full-cycle technical recruiting experience in fast-paced, high-growth environments (SaaS, FinTech, or similar).
• Proven success hiring specialized technical roles in Engineering, Data Science, and Machine Learning.
• Deep experience with recruiting tools such as Greenhouse, LinkedIn, and Gem, and familiarity with AI-powered sourcing and screening.
• Strong expertise in passive candidate sourcing and crafting personalized outreach strategies.
• Ability to operate independently in ambiguous environments, building processes and pipelines from scratch when needed.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex technical requirements clearly.
• Experience managing global recruiting efforts across multiple time zones and regions.
