The Technical Training Platform Owner is accountable for defining, delivering, and continuously improving the Rulebook training and enablement strategy. The role combines training leadership and hands on content ownership to ensure scalable, high quality onboarding and upskilling across the Rulebook configuration function. A key focus of the role is reducing dependency on senior team members by introducing structured, AI enabled training solutions.
Responsibilities
• Own and scale the end-to-end training and enablement strategy for Rulebook configuration teams
• Design structured onboarding and technical training programmes that accelerate time-to-productivity
• Build and maintain high-quality across platforms such as Rulebook Academy
• Introduce AI-driven learning and knowledge tools to reduce reliance on senior team members
• Lead and develop the training function, including some line management activities
• Partner with Tech Leads, Consultants and other stakeholders to identify skills gaps and training priorities
• Measure training effectiveness and continuously improve learning outcomes
Qualifications
• Proven experience designing and delivering structured technical training or enablement programmes
• Background in senior technical, training, or enablement roles within a software or technology-driven environment
• Experience creating scalable onboarding and upskilling solutions for growing teams
• Previous line management or team leadership experience, or clear readiness to take on people management
• Strong communication skills, with ability to explain complex technical concepts clearly
• Experience working with LMS platforms, digital learning tools, or internal training academies
• Exposure to AI-driven learning, knowledge assistants, or automation in training is highly desirable
• Understanding of technical concepts (e.g. configuration, data, or basic coding) is an advantage
