Primary Duties & Responsibilities:
• Support the development and validation of test solutions for production and engineering hardware.
• Assist in the setup, calibration, and maintenance of automated and manual test systems.
• Collaborate with test engineers to assemble, troubleshoot, and verify test fixtures and systems.
• Execute test procedures, gather data, and report issues identified during the test development cycle.
• Perform failure analysis and debug on test systems and units under test (DUTs).
• Support test software loading and version control under engineering supervision.
• Maintain test equipment inventory and ensure test stations are properly configured and operational.
• Ensure adherence to test documentation, procedures, and safety standards.
• Participate in continuous improvement activities related to test processes and yield enhancement.
Job Requirements:
• Education: Diploma in Electronics, Electrical Engineering, or a related technical field.
• Experience:
• 2–5 years of experience in test development, test execution, or test support environment.
• Fresh graduates with relevant internships or project experience are also encouraged to apply.
• Required Skills:
• Good understanding of electronics fundamentals and circuit behavior.
• Ability to read and interpret schematics and wiring diagrams.
• Proficient in using oscilloscopes, multimeters, logic analyzers, and other debugging tools.
• Basic programming or scripting experience (e.g., LabVIEW, Python, C#, VB.net) is an advantage.
• Knowledge of test automation tools and measurement systems is a plus.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Willing to work in a 12-hour shift if required.
Working Conditions:
• This role is 100% onsite in a lab or production environment.
• Requires standing and working with test equipment for extended periods.
• Occasional overtime may be required based on project needs.
