As a Trading Services Analyst in Collateral management, you’ll oversee and settle collateral trades, manage intraday exposures from new lending activity, and partner with a wide network of internal teams and external counterparties. Your work will cover multiple different process, with deadlines to be met throughout your work day in a fast paced environment.
Job responsibilities
• Process and settle daily collateral trades with accuracy and care.
• Calculate non‑cash and cash collateral exposures; partner with the borrower community to ensure correct margins are maintained.
• Manage cash flows, including manual payment processing when needed.
• Perform daily reconciliations and report on intraday and end‑of‑day items.
• Resolve cash breaks and track items through to timely closure.
• Collaborate closely with trading desks, triparty agents, Treasury Services, and counterparties to ensure smooth settlement.
• Handle a high volume of queries on products, collateral settlement, and reconciliation breaks, communicating clearly and constructively.
• Build strong client relationships and partner with relationship managers to meet and manage client expectations.

• Capacity to think laterally and understand the big picture
• Experience in the financial industry, preferably within an investment banking environment
• Technical understanding or securities products would be an advantage
