About the role

We are currently looking for a Treasury Manager to join the Sinch Group Treasury team. You will become an integral part of our treasury operations, with a role providing exposure to a diverse range of activities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage daily liquidity activities and forecasting to support global business requirements

• Contribute to the management of Sinch Group's foreign exchange risk, including execution of both external and internal FX transactions

• Manage internal bank activities and provide support to subsidiaries worldwide

• Actively manage the Group's short-term funding portfolio, including involvement in debt issuance and financing activities, as well as monitoring compliance with Group policies

• Drive enhancements to treasury workflows and systems, focusing on optimizing operational efficiency and strengthening internal controls

• Support in management of centralized cash management structures, including administration of global cash pools and bank accounts

• Lead and participate in ad hoc projects

The role report to Sinch Group Treasurer and is based at Sinch HQ in Stockholm, Sweden. The Group Treasury team is part of Sinch Corporate Finance function.

About you

To be successful in the role you have a strong interest in financial markets, macroeconomic data, and global news. You possess strong quantitative acumen and a clear drive for continuous professional development. You are able to work in a fast-paced environment, adapt to change and deal with large quantities of information.

• Relevant experience (around 3 – 5 years) from corporate treasury, finance department, banking, or a similar environment with exposure to financial transactions

• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel

• Strong quantitative and analytical skills, with a detail-oriented and proactive approach

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with a wide range of stakeholders, including senior management, global subsidiaries, and external banking partners

• Familiarity with treasury platforms such as Treasury Systems (TMS), CoProcess, 360T/FXAll is considered an advantage
