HYROS is hiring a Trial Setter / Speed-to-Lead SDR to handle inbound free trial leads and ensure every qualified prospect gets contacted within minutes of signing up.

This is a fast-paced, high-volume role focused on speed, personalization, and qualification. You will be the first human touchpoint for trial users entering our pipeline. Your job is to quickly qualify leads, start conversations, and book qualified prospects onto the calendars of our sales closers.

You will not be closing deals or discussing pricing. Your role is to filter, qualify, and route the right leads to the right reps.

IMPORTANT: This role is open to US-based candidates only.

What You’ll Do:

• Monitor HubSpot CRM pipeline in real time from 8am–5pm EST

• Reach out to qualified trial leads within 5 minutes via personalized SMS

• Spend 2–3 minutes reviewing each prospect’s website, offer, and business before first contact

• Run a short qualification process to determine ad spend, business type, and readiness

• Book qualified leads directly onto assigned closer calendars

• Follow up with leads that are interested but not yet ready

• Route unqualified leads into automated sequences

• Log all contact attempts, qualification notes, and outcomes in HubSpot

• Update deal stages accurately as leads progress

• Handle multiple SMS conversations simultaneously throughout the day

• Post a short end-of-day summary in Slack

What You Will NOT Do:

• Close deals or discuss pricing

• Manage ads or campaigns

• Promise features or timelines

• Handle cancellations

Requirements:

• Must currently be based in the United States

• Excellent written and spoken English

• Minimum 6 months SDR, setter, or outbound sales experience

• Experience using a CRM (HubSpot preferred)

• Strong organization and attention to detail

• Ability to write natural, personalized outreach messages

• Reliable internet and quiet work environment

• Available Monday–Friday, 8am–5pm EST

Nice to Have:

• Experience with SendBlue, iClosed, or similar tools

• SaaS, marketing tech, or agency background

• Experience working remotely with US-based teams

Compensation:

• Full-time remote position

• Base pay: $800–$1,200/month depending on experience

• Performance bonuses:

• $5–$15 per qualified call booked

• Additional monthly performance bonus up to $150–$300

Start Date:

• Immediate

• Training this weekend

• Live Monday
