User Acquisition Manager

We are seeking a User Acquisition Manager who will drive growth through effective paid advertising strategies and continuous campaign optimization.
Requirements:
• 3+ years of experience managing Google Ads (PPC, UAC, YouTube), Apple Search Ads, focusing on fintech projects;
• Basic experience with Microsoft Ads (Bing) and DSP platforms;
• Proven track record of managing budgets exceeding $100,000 per month;
• Strong understanding of digital marketing metrics and analytics;
• Upper-intermediate English;
• Familiar with the US market;
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
Responsibilities:
• Optimize and enhance advertising campaigns to identify opportunities for specific product types and audiences to increase conversion and ROI;
• Build out A/B tests and testing plans;
• Understand the marketing funnel and main metrics, optimize, analyze, and improve them;
• Collaborate closely with the Marketing Team, Developers, Designers, and Copywriters for ad creation;
• Searching for new potential traffic sources and connecting additional advertising platforms;
• Quickly analyze and identify changes in key performance metrics, collaborating closely with the product team to determine underlying causes and drive data-informed decisions;
• Analyze the effectiveness of the campaign and use this data to inform future campaigns
