Currently, Leucine has partnered with a Pharma giant in the US as its Strategic Product Development and GTM partner and has been scaling operations in the US since January 2022.

Job Description


What we are looking for:-

As VP of Customer Success, we are looking for an experienced person to head its Product Delivery in India and eventually in the US. This role will be responsible for three stages of delivery - Deployments, Support, and Growth.

Roles & Responsibilities:-

Deployment

Leucine deployments take 3-6 months for a single customer depending on the size and complexity of the customer and their use case. You will be responsible to drive these deployments and chalk out playbooks to make the deployment process consistent, repeatable, and scalable.

Support

Post deployments, customers require support in the form of training, further customizations, and issue management. You will be responsible to lead a team of customer success managers to enable support and ensure that customers are happy throughout.

Growth

For live customers, it is critical to ensure that Leucine can discover more use cases enabled via the platform. The goal is to solve more problems and bring more revenue per customer for Leucine. You will be responsible for discovering such use cases and evangelizing more platform capabilities to scale vertically at a customer

Must-Have Requirements:-

• Must have led software delivery for large enterprises and been part of the abovementioned stages.

• Experience in leading a team for delivery and should be comfortable with collaborating with Product and Technology teams.

• Possess a minimum of 6 years of product delivery experience.

• Must have strong communication and presentation skills.

• Should be ready to work with high-performing teams and be able to work in real-world constraints of short timelines and resource constraints.

• Must be able to structure processes and lead the formation of such processes that can enable consistent execution for each customer deployment and customer onboarding at scale.

• The candidate is motivated to work in startup environments and has the mindset of 'leading' over 'following.'

• A great problem solver and able to create solutions that work at scale.

• A strategic thinker with a knack to keep improving their teams' capabilities - people, processes, and tools.
