Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Vice President of Operations. The role involves overseeing day-to-day operations, managing budgets, driving operational efficiency, and creating strategies that align with the company's vision. Responsibilities include managing profit and loss (P&L), optimizing processes, ensuring customer satisfaction, and leading strategic planning and project management efforts across the organization. Qualifications

• Proven skills in Operations Management and P&L Management

• Experience in Strategic Planning and Project Management

• Strong background in Customer Service and relationship management

• Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred)

• Ability to work collaboratively in a remote environment

• Experience in the retail or food service industry is a plus
