I’m a freelance web developer looking to collaborate with an experienced WordPress developer on a full real estate platform build for a client in Kingston, Ontario. This is not a standard website project — it’s a lead generation platform with a strong focus on performance, local SEO, DDF listings integration, and CRM automation.

The project is already scoped, priced, and signed. I need a technical partner who can execute to a high standard within a defined 5–6 week timeline.

WHAT YOU’LL BE BUILDING

• Full WordPress build on Astra Pro + Elementor Pro — performance-first, mobile-first

• 7 location page templates (Kingston, Napanee, Belleville, PEC, 1000 Islands, Loyalist Twp, Frontenac County)

• 3 authority hub sections — First-Time Buyer, Military Relocation (CFB Kingston / BGRS), Luxury Real Estate

• RealtyPress DDF integration — Canadian listing feed as native WordPress content

• Full Rank Math Pro setup — LocalBusiness, RealEstateListing, FAQ, BreadcrumbList schema

• Follow Up Boss CRM integration via Zapier — with lead segmentation and UTM tracking

• GA4 + Google Tag Manager — conversion event tracking configured

• WP Rocket + Cloudflare + Imagify performance stack

• Target: 90+ PageSpeed desktop, 85+ mobile with DDF active on production

REQUIRED SKILLS — MUST HAVE ALL

• Proven WordPress development — Astra Pro + Elementor Pro builds

• Strong Core Web Vitals and PageSpeed optimisation track record

• Rank Math Pro — schema markup, local SEO configuration, GSC integration

• RealtyPress or Canadian DDF integration experience (strongly preferred)

• WP Rocket configuration — caching, minification, script deferral

• Google Tag Manager — dataLayer events, form submission tracking

• CRM integration experience — Follow Up Boss, Zapier, or equivalent

• Elementor Pro — reusable global components and templates

• Cloudflare CDN setup and DNS configuration

• Ability to work from Figma designs precisely

NOT A FIT IF YOU

• Have not worked with Canadian DDF / RealtyPress before

• Cannot demonstrate real PageSpeed scores from past projects

• Need direction on every step — this requires independent execution

• Are not available to start within the next 7 days
