Job/Position Summary

"Strong understanding of Agentic AI architectures, including multi-agent systems, tool orchestration, planning, memory, and feedback loops

• Proven hands-on experience with Generative AI (GenAI) technologies such as LLMs, prompt engineering, RAG, embeddings, and model evaluation

• Ability to support POC development and transition it to production-grade solutions, ensuring scalability, reliability, and maintainability

• Solid expertise in cloud platforms (AWS preferred) including:

• Compute, storage, networking, and security fundamentals

• Managed AI/ML services and MLOps pipelines

• Cloud-native application design (microservices, APIs, containers)

• Experience in deploying, monitoring, and optimizing AI workloads in production environments

• Strong troubleshooting skills with the ability to provide quick, effective solutions to technical challenges during development and deployment

• Knowledge of CI/CD practices, infrastructure as code, and automation for AI applications

• Understanding of performance, cost optimization, compliance, and security considerations for AI solutions

• Ability to collaborate closely with internal teams to:

• Understand POC design and intent

• Identify gaps for production readiness

• Implement best practices and improvements

• Good communication skills to explain technical concepts clearly and support rapid iterations

• Prior experience supporting enterprise-grade AI or cloud solutions is highly preferred"
