The Associated Talent Acquisition Partner will collaborate with the Campus team to provide operational and administrative support. The successful candidate will report to the Manager - Campus Talent Acquisition and will provide support to various Campus recruiting processes, including learning and development activities, school event execution and inclusive hiring for internship programs for the Summer Internship Program.
Responsibilities
• Plan and execute on-campus events, including career fairs, information sessions, workshops, and networking events, in collaboration with local teams.
• Maintain comprehensive records of campus activities, including attendance at events, engagement metrics, and feedback received.
• Driving key strategic initiatives for the betterment of the recruitment process and/or campus team
• Generate regular reports and analysis on campus recruitment efforts, identifying trends, opportunities for improvement, and best practices.
• Assist in the recruitment process by promoting internship and job opportunities to students through various channels, including campus newsletters, Media & career platforms.
• Coordinate campus visits and interviews, including scheduling meetings, arranging logistics and providing on-site support to candidates and recruiters.
• Assist in the facilitation of the ‘sell’ process to close applicants at offer stage and ensure a smooth transition into the organization/on to the programs
• Support hiring by primarily supporting in; sourcing, screening and/or candidate management
• Help ensure company complies with laws and regulations as it relates to online sourcing, recruiting and hiring practices.
Qualifications
• Demonstrated ability and focus on creating an excellent candidate and hiring leader experience
• Demonstrated ability to work in a team environment
• Strong written and verbal communication
• Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and navigate ambiguity
• Ability to effectively and efficiently communicate with candidates and internal partners
• Experience with recruitment tools, technologies, and platforms such as Oracle, Handshake and others, preferred
• Graduate/Campus recruitment experience preferred
• Passion for talent development and creating meaningful early-career opportunities.
