About the Role

As an Assistant Manager – Marketing, you will be a hands-on marketing generalist responsible for executing marketing initiatives across channels. This role is ideal for someone who understands marketing fundamentals, enjoys getting things done, and can confidently work with multiple stakeholders—from design and content to vendors and internal teams.

What You Will Be Doing

• Execute marketing campaigns across digital, social, CRM, and offline channels

• Coordinate with internal teams (design, content, social media, performance) to deliver campaigns end-to-end

• Support brand, category, and store-level marketing initiatives

• Manage on-ground marketing activities including store launches, local activations, and collaterals

• Track campaign performance and share actionable insights

• Assist in planning calendars, briefs, and timelines to ensure smooth execution

• Work with external vendors and partners when required

• Ensure brand consistency across all communication touchpoints

What We Would Like to See in You

• 1–3 years of experience in marketing execution (startup, agency, or consumer brand preferred)

• Strong understanding of marketing fundamentals across online and offline channels

• High ownership mindset with strong execution skills

• Smart, confident communicator who can manage multiple stakeholders

• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environment

• Detail-oriented, organized, and proactive

• Ability to balance creativity with operational discipline
