About the Role:


We are expanding our D2C performance marketing team and are looking for a hands-on Acquisition Specialist to drive scalable growth across multiple U.S.-facing Shopify brands. This role is ideal for someone who has owned ROAS end-to-end, enjoys working in fast-paced environments, and is excited to grow into a leadership position.

You will start as an individual contributor, directly managing campaigns, with the opportunity to build and lead a team in the near future.

Key Responsibilities


Own and scale paid acquisition campaigns in the US markets across Google Ads and Meta (Facebook/Instagram) with strict ROAS targets

Drive growth for new product launches (NPDs) and smaller brands with controlled CAC

Continuously optimize campaigns across creatives, audiences, bidding strategies, and funnels

Analyze performance metrics (ROAS, CAC, LTV, CTR, CVR) and take data-backed decisions

Collaborate with creative, product, and analytics teams to improve campaign effectiveness

Identify scaling opportunities while maintaining profitability

Prepare to mentor and manage junior media buyers as the team grows

Required Experience & Skills


4–5 years of hands-on performance marketing experience for the U.S. market

Strong expertise in Google Ads and Meta Ads (campaign setup to scaling)

Proven track record of achieving and maintaining high ROAS

Experience working with Shopify D2C brands (mandatory)

Strong analytical mindset with comfort in dashboards and reports

Ability to work in a fast-moving, multi-brand environment

Leadership mindset with willingness to take ownership
