Key Responsibilities
• Assist in managing product listings, content updates, and pricing across marketplaces (Amazon, Walmart, eBay, etc.)
• Monitor and update inventory, product availability, and order status.
• Support the operations team in resolving order, return, or account health issues.
• Conduct competitor research and pricing analysis.
• Track sales performance, prepare reports, and highlight insights..
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams (marketing, vendor management, customer service) for smooth execution.
• Provide administrative and project support to the e-commerce team.
Desired Skills & Qualifications
• Pursuing/completed Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Marketing, E-Commerce, or related field.
• Strong interest in e-commerce, online retail, and digital operations.
• Proficiency in MS Excel / Google Sheets (pivot tables, lookups preferred)
• Good communication and analytical skills.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of marketplaces like Amazon, Walmart, or Shopify is a plus.
