We’re hiring a Director, Solution Advisory to play a critical role in driving new business growth across EMEA, working on large, complex enterprise and corporate deals, with a strong focus on SAP customers and partner‑led engagements.

This is an individual‑contributor role for a commercially minded presales executive who excels at value‑based, consultative selling. You’ll partner closely with Sales, SAP field teams, and strategic partners to shape customer conversations, deliver executive‑level presentations, and clearly articulate business outcomes.

This role does not include people management responsibilities and is based in Dubai, with employment provided through a trusted Employer of Record to ensure a fully compliant and seamless local employment experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead high‑impact presales engagements across complex enterprise opportunities.

• Partner with Sales and SAP ecosystem teams to drive deal strategy and momentum.

• Deliver compelling, outcome‑driven presentations to executive stakeholders.

• Position differentiated solutions aligned to customer business priorities.

Qualifications

• Communication Skills: Fluent in English, with the ability to engage and communicate effectively across diverse audiences. Arabic speaking is not essential, but would be beneficial. Exceptional presentation, written, and verbal communication abilities, with the confidence to engage with everyone from business users to C-level executives.

• Experience: Proven experience in a pre-sales role, specializing in enterprise business solutions, where you excel at identifying customer needs and at tailoring/configuring solutions to demo specific use cases.

• Technical Acumen: Proven ability to design functional enterprise applications, create compelling value propositions, and build solid business cases.

• Adaptability: A quick learner who thrives under pressure, multitasks effortlessly, and excels in working with geographically distributed teams.

• Travel: Ability to travel around 40-70% of the time.
