This is an ideal role for an up-and-coming professional with a strong analytical mindset, comfort with technology, and a desire to build systems that improve the way we work. You'll support financial operations across multiple business units and help deliver insights that drive smart decisions and business growth. This position is well-suited for someone who is both detail-oriented and eager to improve processes. You should be confident managing your workload, comfortable with numbers and systems, and able to adapt as things change. You'll work closely with our ternured Finance team and interact with leaders across our organization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain a pricing database over an array of wholesale partners

• Lead invoicing and respond to inquiries from our wholesale accounts

• Support monthly revenue reporting, reconciliation, and cash collections

• Oversee inventory sign-out processes across multiple warehouse locations

• Assist with inventory management analysis and compliance

• Manage tax filings including monthly excise tax reporting, ensuring compliance with all applicable state and federal regulations

• Process day-to-day financial transactions such as payments and banking

• Maintain accurate entries in our accounting systems

• Collaborate with the finance team on ad hoc projects and accounting support

What We're Looking For:

• You must have a self-starter mentality with a team mindset who contributes to a community-focused culture

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or related field preferred (or 3-5 years of relevant experience)

• Working knowledge of accounting systems and Microsoft Office tools (especially Excel)

• Comfort with financial and statistical analysis tools

• Understanding of financial and accounting principles

• Ability to analyze trends and provide thoughtful, data-informed insights

• Strong written and verbal communication skills

• Reliable, organized, and able to manage multiple deadlines
