Role Overview

We are looking for a smart and execution-focused Growth Marketing Associate who can work across marketing, product, growth, and operations. This is a hybrid role for someone who enjoys solving problems, improving user journeys, coordinating across teams, and driving execution end-to-end.

You will work closely with product, growth, support, and business teams to improve onboarding, engagement, retention, and operational efficiency across Eka Care’s products and platforms.

We are especially looking for someone comfortable using AI tools in day-to-day work to improve productivity, automate repetitive tasks, accelerate execution, and bring operational efficiency across workflows and campaigns.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive and coordinate user engagement and retention initiatives across channels such as WhatsApp, email, push notifications, in-app communication, and support touch points.

• Work closely with product and operations teams to identify user pain points and improve activation, onboarding, and overall product experience.

• Manage and execute marketing operations, campaign coordination, operational workflows, follow-ups, and cross-functional projects.

• Use tools like WebEngage, CleverTap, MoEngage, Google Sheets, Mixpanel, or similar platforms to support campaigns, tracking, automation, and reporting.

• Analyze user behavior, funnel drop-offs, campaign performance, engagement metrics, and operational data to identify improvement opportunities

• Coordinate with design, engineering, support, and business teams to ensure smooth execution of initiatives

• Help build processes, documentation, tracking systems, dashboards, and scalable operational workflows

• Run experiments and support A/B testing for messaging, onboarding flows, engagement journeys, and retention initiatives

• Use AI tools and automation workflows to improve productivity, reduce manual work, generate insights, and streamline repetitive operational or marketing tasks

• Support high-priority business, growth, and product initiatives with strong ownership and execution focus

Qualifications / Requirements

• 0 to 1 years of experience in growth, marketing, operations, or related roles

• Strong ownership mindset and ability to manage multiple moving pieces simultaneously

• Comfortable working with tools such as Google Sheets/Excel, analytics dashboards, CRM, engagement platforms, or no-code automation tools

• Basic understanding of analytics, funnels, retention, campaign metrics, and user behaviour is a plus

• Familiarity with AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Notion AI, automation platforms, or similar productivity tools is a strong advantage

• Ability to identify repetitive workflows and improve efficiency using automation or AI-assisted processes

• Good communication and coordination skills across teams

• Strong problem-solving mindset with attention to detail

• Ability to work in a fast-paced startup environment with high adaptability
