Position: Presales Associate/executive

Location: Inoffice, Bangalore

Job Type: Full time, Contract

Working Days: Monday - Saturday

Role Overview:

We are seeking motivated and enthusiastic Presales associate to join our dynamic team. This opportunity offers an exciting leaning expereince for individuals interested in pursuing a career in sales to gain hands-on experience and develop valuable skills in a fast-paced environment. The Presales associate will work closely with our sales teams to support various initiatives and contribute to the success of our organization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist the sales team in converting leads to warm leads and scheduling demo sessions.

• Understanding the customer's needs before we invite them to a demo to improve our pitch.

• Engaging with our customers manually through texts/calls.

• Sending out product updates & what we have launched new to build the conversation.

• Pushing our customers to attend free webinars.

• Contribute creative ideas and insights to improve sales strategies and processes.

Qualifications:

• Graduate in any field.

• Strong interest in pursuing a career in sales, presales, or related fields.

• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

• Prior experience in sales or customer service is a plus but not required.
