As a representative of American Express, you will be responsible for expanding the adoption of American Express Business Cards among Small Business Owners.
In this role, you will introduce the value of American Express Membership and explain how our products and services help small business owners manage their businesses with confidence. By understanding each owner’s needs, you will provide solutions that support efficient operations and sustainable business growth.
Responsibilities
Key focus areas include:
• Simplifying expense management and day-to-day payments
• Strengthening B2B payment solutions to support growing businesses
Small Business Owners who become American Express Card Members often express genuine appreciation for the value, trust, and service they receive. This role offers the opportunity to experience first-hand the satisfaction that comes from helping business owners succeed and from representing a brand known globally for integrity, quality, and customer commitment.

Working Hours
Five days per week, Monday to Friday
• Four days: 7.5 working hours per day
• One day: 7 working hours per day
Typical schedules include:
9:00–17:30 / 9:00–17:00
Qualifications
• Strong motivation to achieve and exceed targets
• Sales experience required (experience working with B2B clients preferred)
• Resilience and determination, with the ability to persevere in challenging situations
• A proactive, self-driven mindset with the ability to take initiative
• Strong problem-identification and problem-solving skills, with a focus on continuous improvement
• Business-level proficiency in Japanese
