Manager - Emerging Platforms-

We are seeking a talented and experienced professional to lead our Emerging Platforms team. This role is critical in driving the company's growth and innovation, as we aim to stay ahead in the market with cutting-edge solutions. The Manager will oversee a range of supply planning and management activities, utilizing their expertise in Kinaxis and other planning tools. They will lead a team, ensuring efficient processes and a high level of customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of supply planning professionals, fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment.

• Oversee and manage supply planning activities, including raw material capacity, inventory planning, and shelf life management.

• Implement and optimize Kinaxis and other planning tools, ensuring efficient and accurate supply chain management.

• Develop and execute planning cycle activities, including data load and maintenance, to support business operations.

• Ensure effective application maintenance and support, utilizing tools like JIRA and ServiceNow for ticketing and issue management.

• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices, especially in supply chain management and emerging technologies.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align planning efforts with business goals and strategies.

• Provide expertise and guidance on expiry planning and ABP (Advanced Business Planning) to ensure optimal inventory levels.

• Monitor and analyze planning performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing necessary changes.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and delivering exceptional service.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4-5 years of experience in supply planning, with at least 2 years of Kinaxis experience.

• Authoring Lvl 2 certification is mandatory, with a good understanding of integration and scripting skills being an advantage.

• Proven leadership and management skills, with the ability to lead and motivate a team.

• Strong knowledge of supply chain management principles and best practices.

• Experience with planning tools like Kinaxis and a good understanding of expiry planning and ABP.

• Familiarity with application maintenance and support, including ticketing systems.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively.

• Analytical mindset with problem-solving abilities and a results-driven approach.

• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

• A bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field is preferred.
