Manager - SAP-SAP IBP Response & Supply Order Series

The Manager will oversee the configuration and support of the R&S module, ensuring efficient supply chain management. They will collaborate closely with business stakeholders to understand their needs and translate them into effective IBP solutions. Responsibilities

• Lead the implementation and configuration of the SAP IBP Response & Supply module, ensuring alignment with business goals.

• Manage and optimize the supply planning process, including order-based planning and real-time response management.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into scalable IBP solutions.

• Provide technical expertise and guidance to the team, ensuring best practices are followed.

• Monitor and analyze supply chain performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing strategies.

Qualifications

• A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field is required.

• Minimum 8 years of experience in SAP IBP implementation, with a focus on Response & Supply module.

• Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to lead and motivate a team.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a client-centric approach.
