Role: Manager – Supply
Position Overview & Key Responsibilities
We’re looking for an experienced Manager – Supply to join our team, driving nationwide growth of our accommodation offerings.
As a key member of the acquisition team, you will play a crucial role in identifying, evaluating, and acquiring new properties to expand our accommodation portfolio.
Your expertise will help drive business growth, increase revenue, and enhance our customers’ travel experiences.
Key Responsibilities
Property Sourcing & Acquisition: Identify potential properties, conduct site visits, and negotiate contracts to expand our portfolio.
Relationship Building: Develop and maintain strong relationships with property owners, operators, and decision-makers to secure partnerships and optimize existing relationships.
Contract Negotiation: Negotiate and finalize contracts with property owners, ensuring favorable terms and conditions.
Due Diligence: Conduct thorough due diligence on potential hotel partners, assessing factors such as property quality, location, and financial stability.
Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Marketing, and Operations, to ensure alignment and maximize business opportunities.
Market Research & Analysis: Stay updated on market trends, competitor activity, and customer demand. Analyze data and market insights to make informed acquisition decisions and optimize existing partnerships.
Requirements
Education: Master’s degree in Business (preferred but not mandatory).
Experience: Minimum 4–6 years of experience in hotel acquisition, hospitality, real estate, or a related field.
Skills
Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Familiarity with geographic markets and in-depth knowledge of the alternative accommodation sector.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
Travel: Willingness to travel frequently.
