Role: Regional Supply Head

Position Overview & Key Responsibilities

We’re looking for an experienced Regional Supply Head to spearhead our acquisition team, driving nationwide growth of our accommodation offerings.

As a key member of our Zonal Leadership, you’ll craft and execute property acquisition strategies, foster partner relationships, and lead a team in identifying, evaluating, and acquiring new properties.

Your expertise will help drive business growth, increase revenue, and enhance our customers’ travel experiences.

Key Responsibilities

Property Acquisition Strategy: Develop and execute a comprehensive acquisition strategy to expand our portfolio.

Property Sourcing & Acquisition: Identify potential properties, conduct site visits, and negotiate contracts to expand our portfolio.

Team Leadership: Lead, manage, and motivate a team to achieve business objectives.

Relationship Building: Develop and maintain strong relationships with property owners, operators, and decision-makers to secure partnerships and optimize existing relationships.

Contract Negotiation: Negotiate and finalize contracts with property owners, ensuring favorable terms and conditions.

Due Diligence: Conduct thorough due diligence on potential partners, assessing property quality, location, and financial stability.

Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Marketing, and Operations, to ensure alignment and maximize business opportunities.

Market Research & Analysis: Stay updated on market trends, competitor activity, and customer demand. Analyze data and insights to make informed acquisition decisions and optimize existing partnerships.

Requirements

Education: Master’s degree in Business (preferred but not mandatory).

Experience: Minimum 8–10 years of experience in hotel acquisition, hospitality, real estate, or related fields.

Skills

Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.

Familiarity with geographic markets and in-depth knowledge of the alternative accommodation sector.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.

Travel: Willingness to travel frequently.
