Data management & hygiene

• Perform manual data updates and cleanup across account and contact records to support marketing & SDR workflows

• Assist with list matching, enrichment, de-duplication, and data normalization

• Help identify recurring data issues and document patterns or recommendations for improvement

• Support ongoing data quality initiatives tied to campaigns, outbound efforts, and reporting

SDR & go-to-market support

• Prepare and maintain clean, accurate data sets for marketing outreach and campaigns

• Assist with ad-hoc data requests from Marketing teams

• Validate data before uploads, launches, or handoffs to ensure accuracy and completeness

AI & automation support

• Help maintain and monitor existing automation workflows (e.g., Zapier-based workflows)

• Assist with testing, QA, and documentation of automation and AI-enabled processes

• Explore opportunities where AI or automation could reduce manual work or improve speed and consistency

• Support basic prompt testing, workflow tweaks, and process improvements under guidance from the team

Documentation & process support

• Document data processes, workflow logic, and “how-to” guides for internal use

• Help keep operational documentation up to date as processes evolve

Responsibilities

• Support marketing teams by performing manual data updates, cleanup, and validation across account and contact records

• Assist with data hygiene initiatives including de-duplication, list matching, enrichment, and normalization

• Prepare and maintain clean, accurate data sets to support SDR outreach, campaigns, and reporting

• Validate data prior to uploads, campaign launches, and sales handoffs to ensure accuracy and completeness

• Help maintain and monitor automation workflows (e.g., Zapier-based workflows) used across Marketing Operations

• Assist with testing, QA, and documentation of automation and AI-enabled workflows

• Support exploration of AI and automation opportunities to reduce manual work and improve operational efficiency

• Document data processes, workflow logic, and standard operating procedures to support team enablement

• Respond to ad-hoc data and operational support requests from Marketing Operations and Revenue teams

Qualifications

What we’re looking for

• Strong attention to detail and comfort working with spreadsheets, lists, and structured data

• Interest in marketing operations, revenue operations, analytics, or automation

• Curiosity about AI, workflows, and how tools like automation platforms can improve efficiency

• Ability to follow defined processes while also spotting opportunities for improvement

• Clear written communication and willingness to document work

• Bonus (not required): exposure to tools like CRMs, marketing automation platforms, Zapier, or basic scripting/logic concepts

The pay range is $27/hr. to $40/hr.and will be based on job-related factors such as year in school, location, experience, training, skills, and abilities.

Location: This role can be fully remote within the US only, or hybrid if candidate is near one of our US offices.
