How will you make an impact in this role?

The Product & B2B Analyst is responsible for executing key product and compliance processes, with a special focus on sales enablement and B2B initiatives. The role develops and maintains sales scripts, reviews training content, leads the call quality monitoring process, manages the approval of Terms & Conditions for insurance promotions, and ensures that all product communications go through the required compliance and legal approval workflows.

The Product & B2B Analyst directly contributes to:

• Assuring compliance by ensuring sales scripts, T&Cs, and product communications meet all legal and regulatory standards.

• Responsible of scripts and accurate training materials.

• Reducing operational and compliance risks by leading the call quality monitoring process.

• Enabling the timely launch of product promotions through efficient approval of Terms & Conditions.

Key Responsabilities:

• Sales Script Development: Creates, updates, and maintains compliant and customer-centric sales scripts across channels.

• Training Review: Reviews training materials to ensure alignment with product positioning, compliance standards, and sales effectiveness.

• Call Quality Process: Leads the monitoring of call quality, identifying gaps and implementing improvements to mitigate risks and improve customer outcomes.

• Terms & Conditions Management: Owns the development and approval of Terms & Conditions for insurance promotions, coordinating with compliance and legal teams.

• Product Communication Approvals: Manages the full approval process for product-related communications, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance.

• Support for B2B Initiatives: by ensuring materials, processes, and communications are in place and approved

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in MKT, Communications, business, finance, or related field

• Strong organizational and project management skills

• Detail oriented

• Analytical thinking to identify risks and propose solutions

• Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams

• High accountability and ownership of E2E processes
Advanced English Level
