About the Role

As a Project Manager, u will own end-to-end execution of store setup — from site handover to store launch — ensuring timelines, cost, and quality are tightly controlled across multiple parallel projects.

Roles & Responsibilities

1. Site Feasibility & Planning

• Validate site readiness post handover

• Identify all civil, electrical, and infra requirements

• Create detailed scope of work and execution plan

2. Vendor Coordination & Execution

• Work with internal procurement and external vendors for:

• Civil works

• lectricals

• Fixtures & racks

• CCTV and IT infra

• Ensure clarity in scope and timelines for each vendor

3. Project Management (Core Responsibility)

• Manage multiple store setups simultaneously (5–8 sites in parallel)

• Track progress against defined timelines

• Ensure adherence to store launch schedules

4. On-site Problem Solving

• Resolve conflicts between vendors

• Handle real-time execution challenges

• Ensure no delays due to coordination gaps

5. Quality Control

• Ensure execution matches defined standards and layouts

• Minimize rework and cost overruns

6. Handover for Store Launch

• Ensure store is fully ready:

• Infra complete

• Fixtures installed

• Utilities functional

• Coordinate final readiness for operations team

What we are looking for

• Strong project management and execution discipline

• Ability to handle multiple sites under pressure

• Vendor management and negotiation skills

• Basic technical understanding (civil + electrical)

• Problem-solving mindset and ownership

• High attention to detail

• 4–8 years in retail rollout, construction, or interior fit-outs

• Experience managing multiple sites simultaneously is critical

• Background in retail/QSR/store launches preferred
