Strategy & Planning

Develop and implement testing strategies, goals, and coverage plans for both manual and automated testing.

Client Engagement

Collaborate with clients directly and indirectly, participate in demonstrations, and gather feedback to improve QA processes.

Process Improvement

Establish formal QA processes, create integration solutions, and adopt modern QA automation technologies.

Hands-On Testing

Create and execute scenario-based test cases in PHP; perform Selenium-based automation for regression and performance testing.

Collaboration & Innovation

Work closely with development teams, run mini hackathons, attend conferences, and bring innovative ideas into the QA workflow.

Leadership Skills

Strong ability to manage QA resources, mentor junior members, and coordinate cross-functional efforts.

Technical Expertise
