We're looking for passionate individuals to join our vibrant, fun-loving Retention Call Centre Team in Southport!

As a Retention Representative, you will be answering incoming calls from customers looking to cancel their subscription. You'll use your fantastic conversational skills to re-engage our loyal customers, proactively identify opportunities to enhance their Foxtel experience, and expertly showcase the incredible value and exciting offerings of the Foxtel service.

Be the friendly voice that keeps our customers connected to the entertainment and sport they love. Every call is an opportunity to remind them what they would be missing, whether that is the next big sporting moment or the show they just cannot stop watching!

About the role....

• Answer incoming calls from customers looking to cancel and use your storytelling skills to reignite their passion for our premium content

• Deliver exceptional service with a friendly, empathetic approach, turning every call into a meaningful connection

• Stay on top of the latest entertainment trends and Foxtel product updates to enrich every customer interaction

• Solve problems, de-escalate concerns, and tailor solutions that secure customer loyalty

• Meet and exceed retention goals in a supportive, performance driven environment with attractive commission opportunities

To be considered for the role you will ideally have...

• It will be advantageous to have prior sales or call centre experience in a high volume or target driven environment

• Confident and engaging with the ability to turn conversations into sales outcomes

• A great listener who can uncover customer needs and offer tailored solutions

• Positive and resilient with a passion for entertainment and delivering outstanding customer care

• Available to start on 9th June 2026

• Available to work rostered hours between 9am - 7pm Monday to Friday
