Now, we’re looking for a Arabic Speaking Sales Manager to join our Dubai sales team and help drive growth for our regional business, with a focus on our SaaS and Telco offerings under the Engage & Connect business units, which leverages advanced AI and omnichannel technologies to revolutionize customer engagement for our clients.

What you will do


We are building the ultimate Global AI-Powered Customer Engagement Platform that lets businesses connect with customers, automate work, and handle every interaction through one reliable, user-friendly platform.

As a Sales Manager, you drive sales and build strong client relationships. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative solutions that transform customer communication.

In your first 12 months, you will:


Sales Strategy & Execution

• Develop and execute a go-to-market strategy for the MEA region enterprise market.

• Build and maintain a sustainable sales pipeline to meet and exceed revenue targets.

• Identify new business opportunities and upsell/cross-sell within your existing customer base.

Client Engagement

• Deliver engaging product demos (online and in-person) to showcase the value of our Engagement Platform.

• Build strong, long-term relationships with clients by understanding their needs and delivering tailored solutions.

Collaboration & Representation

• Work closely with Marketing, Technical, and Account Management teams to ensure seamless client onboarding and satisfaction.

• Represent CM.com at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to expand your reach and identify new prospects.

Sales Operations

• Use Salesforce CRM to manage your sales activities, track progress, and provide insights to management.
