How will you make an impact in this role?
The Enterprise Data Strategy (EDS) team within Credit & Fraud Risk has the responsibility to evaluate and rationalize Credit bureau and other external data to address business problem statement, improve risk decisions and customer experiences across the credit and fraud lifecycles.
The TRM COE team within EDS is responsible for AEMP 10 compliance for global strategic vendors that EDS directly manages. The TRM COE Sr. Analyst role will be responsible for Third-Party Lifecycle Management (TLM) for EDS managed strategic, critical data partners. They will collaborate with the data partners (vendors), Enterprise TLM, GSM (Procurement), GCO & CFR Control Management/ Operational Excellence teams to manage compliance with AEMP 10 for existing and new vendor contracts and identify process improvement opportunities, drive process enhancements & prevention strategies to strengthen the control environment.

AEMP 10 Compliance
Drive Third Party Lifecycle Management, adherence to Regulatory guidelines, Contract Terms & Conditions and Information Security assessments:
• Support TLM for data evaluations and contract execution
• On-going AEMP 10-required monitoring
• Manage Vendor Scorecards, SLA performance metrics to drive vendor accountability
• Third Party Security Maintenance Assessments
• Exit & replacement strategy
• Support foundational vendor changes, drive automation and efficiency for AEMP 10 requirements related to vendor quarterly ongoing monitoring. information security and enhanced rigor on 4th party management.
• Ensure effective/compliant management of multiple third-party relationships
• Fortify foundation by ensuring permissible use & service level agreements are established, work orders or agreements meet standard, in effective collaboration with Procurement & Supply Management, Operational Excellence, Controllership & GCO.
• Develop and maintain a product catalogue by collaborating with key stakeholders in data strategy and TLM to ensure accuracy and support business objectives and resiliency
• Enhance operational efficiency, reduce manual checkpoints, and promote scalability across EDS vendors by advancing automation of vendor tools and knowledge hubs (SharePoint)
Qualifications
• 2+ years of experience in a financial services organization in Third-party risk management
• Bachelor's Degree preferred in Project Management, Business Analytics, Strategic Problem Solving
• Knowledge of third-party risk management requirements
• Clear, effective written and oral communication skills and ability to influence across all levels of the organization and strong organizational, prioritization and collaboration skills.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently and across a matrixed organization to deliver solutions at top speed
• Adaptable interpersonal skills, high energy, and a proven team-first mentality
