languages. This growth has led to a 28% YoY revenue growth in the July-Sept
(2025-26) quarter and increased it by more than 60% in the Oct-Dec quarter.

What You’ll Do:

* Support preparation of weekly and monthly business performance reports
across functions, tracking key metrics vs plan
* Assist in variance analysis, highlighting key movements in revenue, costs,
and margins
* Support month-end close activities, including:
* Preparation of revenue and cost provisions / accruals
* Tracking reversals and ensuring completeness and accuracy
* Perform data reconciliation across systems (dashboards, internal MIS)
* Identify discrepancies and work with stakeholders to resolve them
* Maintain clean, auditable datasets for reporting
* Coordinate with business, operations, and controllership teams to:
* Gather inputs for reporting and provisioning
* Ensure timelines and data accuracy
* Assist in budgeting and forecasting processes through data collation and
basic analysis
* Support ad-hoc analysis and data requests from the business finance team

Who You Are:

* 1–3 years of experience in Business Finance, FP&A, or financial analytics
roles
* Strong proficiency in Excel / Google Sheets (comfortable with large
datasets and basic modeling)
* High attention to detail and focus on data accuracy and hygiene
* Basic understanding of financial statements and accounting concepts (e.g.
accruals / revenue recognition)
* Ability to work with multiple stakeholders and follow through on data
dependencies
* Structured thinking and ability to present data clearly
