What You’ll Do?

* Collaborate with writers, creative directors and AI video animators, to
create strong edits that translate creative ideas into visually striking
AI-driven microdrama stories

* Maintain consistency in visual identity, tone, and messaging across all
content formats.

* Analyze feedback and quickly deliver multiple refined versions optimized
for platform performance and audience response.

* Conduct research and experiments and develop insights to enhance the
quality and efficiency of final edits of series.

* Contribute innovative ideas and creative solutions to enhance team processes

Who are you?

* Degree or diploma in Film Editing, Mass Communication, Multimedia, or
related fields.
* Proficient in tools such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, After
Effects, and basic color correction and sound balancing.
* Strong storytelling skills with proven film making/ad film samples
* 4-5 years in video editing for entertainment, digital media, television, or
marketing agencies — especially in Hindi content.
* Comfortable working under tight deadlines and shifting priorities in a
dynamic content environment.
* Deep understanding of Indian audiences, regional nuances, and content
consumption behavior.
