As an SFC, you will play a crucial role in driving the success of Icertis CLM implementations. You will work closely with clients to understand their business needs, design and configure the CLM platform, and ensure a smooth rollout. Your expertise will be instrumental in delivering innovative and tailored solutions, enhancing client experiences, and driving the growth of Icertis' APAC market presence.
Responsibilities
• Lead and manage end-to-end Icertis CLM implementations, ensuring timely and successful project delivery.
• Conduct thorough business requirement analysis and design tailored CLM solutions.
• Configure and customize the Icertis CLM platform to meet client-specific needs.
• Provide functional expertise and guidance to the implementation team, ensuring a high level of quality and client satisfaction.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including development, testing, and support, to ensure a seamless implementation process.
• Conduct user training and knowledge transfer sessions, empowering clients to utilize the CLM platform effectively.
• Monitor and report on project progress, identifying and mitigating risks and issues.
• Maintain strong client relationships and provide post-implementation support as needed.
• Stay updated with the latest Icertis CLM features and best practices, contributing to continuous improvement.
Qualifications
• Minimum 4-5 years of experience in Icertis CLM implementations, with a proven track record of successful end-to-end projects.
• In-depth knowledge of Icertis CLM platform and its functionalities, including configuration and customization.
• Strong project management skills, with the ability to lead and motivate cross-functional teams.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a client-centric approach.
• Analytical mindset with problem-solving abilities, able to identify and resolve complex issues.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Proficiency in contract lifecycle management concepts and best practices.
• Experience in training and knowledge transfer, with a focus on client empowerment.
• Willingness to travel as required for client engagements.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
