As a Sr. Product Launch Manager, you will be a key member of the Product Growth organization, acting as the technical owner of product launch strategy. You will build overall launch work-back-schedule, aligning with stakeholder teams, and track tasks and milestones to ensure a successful, on-time product launch. Working closely with Japan market teams, you will drive GTM strategy for new features, including not but limited to target dates. You will develop and present a cohesive project view to leadership with business and launch strategy.
What You'll Be Doing:
You will manage all elements of the product launch process and bring innovative user experiences by aligning with internal stakeholders.
• Manage development and execution of go-to-market plans including value propositioning and internal organizational readiness.
• Oversee launch timelines, managing milestones of end-to-end product-launch lifecycle from pre-launch to post-launch.
• Act as the central point of contact among engineering, marketing, CRM, business development, legal, and PR to ensure team alignment.
• Optmize product launches based on business/operational requirements and impacts of all cross functional teams.
• Monitor product quality and analyze launch metrics to find short-term product improvement opportunities.
• Compile and analyze customer/stakeholder feedback to identify long-term product improvement opportunities.
What You'll Bring:
• Bachelor’s degree is MUST. MBA is preferable.
• 5+ years of experience as a product manager in software and web development.
• Proven success delivering software or platform services in high-availability, real-time, or consumer-facing environments.
• Strong understanding of software development life cycles, agile methodologies, and systems integration practices.
• Business-level English; exceptional writing and editing skills, combined with strong presentation and public speaking skills.
• Demonstrated ability to resolve issues rapidly, with a hands-on approach to incident management and stakeholder coordination.
• Highly organized, with strong project management, documentation, and coordination skills.
