Senior Product Trainer

Responsibilities

• Develop in-depth product knowledge by collaborating closely with Product Management, Engineering, and Professional Services teams.
• Deliver product and technical training to internal teams, partners, and customers (onsite or virtual, in India and internationally).
• Create engaging training content for instructor-led training sessions aligned with product updates and release cycles. Continuously update content to reflect product enhancements and evolving business needs.
• Work on developing and maintaining certification exams, lab exercises, and structured learning paths aligned with product training objectives.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to maintain consistency and drive product enablement excellence.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in enterprise product training design, development, and delivery for technical or business users.
• Strong understanding of SQL, SSO, Active Directory, and Windows client/server environments.
• Experience working with SaaS-based enterprise applications or cloud deployment models.
• Ability to quickly learn complex software products and translate them into clear, engaging learning experiences.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to engage diverse audiences.
• Proven experience delivering both instructor-led and virtual training sessions effectively.
• Experience or knowledge in Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) or related enterprise domains is an advantage.
