• Monitor progress against goals and hold teams accountable for commitments.

Executive Reporting & Communication

• Develop clear, concise, and visually compelling executive-level presentation materials (e.g., steering committee decks, status updates, risk summaries).

• Foster accountability and transparency across workstreams.

Airtable Ownership

• Serve as the primary owner and power user of Airtable for program tracking.

• Design and optimize Airtable bases, views, automations, and reporting dashboards.

• Ensure data integrity and usability across stakeholders.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Program Management, preferably within Data, Risk, Controls, or Regulatory initiatives.

• Proven experience managing complex, cross-functional programs with multiple stakeholders.

• Advanced proficiency in Airtable (required).

• Strong executive presentation development skills (PowerPoint or equivalent).

• Exceptional communication skills — able to simplify complex concepts for senior leaders.

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

• Experience in financial services or regulated environments is a plus.
