We’re seeking a future team member for the role of Senior Specialist, Client Operations to join our Custody Client Operations team. This role is located in Manchester.
In this role, you’ll make an impact in the following ways:
• You will act as custody go-to contact for our large, high-touch clients, striving to assist them in resolving highly complex or non-routine client issues and inquiries.
• You will build strong, collaborative relationships internally with Global Operational Teams and Service Directors for Clients. You will report client trends and needs; may provide forward-looking insight on client issues to drive future revenue growth.
• You will also build strong relationships with Clients and oversee and provide guidance on internal activities and initiatives designed to improve the client experience. You will determine needed improvements through review and analysis of problems reported.
• You will bring an AI and Digital mindset and / or experience to optimize the functioning of the team and the service provided to our client base.
• You will assist the Team Lead and Assistant Team Lead in recruiting, directing, motivating and developing staff, maximizing their individual contribution, their professional growth and their ability to function effectively with their colleagues as a team.
To be successful in this role, we’re seeking the following:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
• Typically 4-7 years of experience and 0-1 years of management experience. Experience in an operational area and/or client services is preferred.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills for client interaction and collaboration across teams.
