Roles & Responsibilities
• Design intuitive and engaging user experiences for weband mobile applications
• Create user flows, wireframes, system designs, andhigh-fidelity UI designs
• Translate business requirements into elegant andfunctional design solutions
• Collaborate closely with product managers, developers,and stakeholders
• Ensure consistency across design systems and brandguidelines
• Conduct usability testing and iterate designs based onfeedback
Required Skills & Qualifications
• 5+ years of hands-on experience in UI/UX design
• Strong expertise in Figma
• Experience in web design, system design, wireframing, and mobile app design
• Must have worked on minimum 5+ recent projects
• Experience working and communicating with international clients
• Strong understanding of UX principles, usability, and accessibility standards
• Ability to present and justify design decisions confidently
Good to Have
• Experience with design systems and component libraries
• Knowledge of basic HTML/CSS
• Experience in agile development environments
