About the Role

As a Social Media Executive, you will be responsible for building, scaling, and managing SuperK’s brand presence across 3–4 social media platforms. You’ll create strategies that drive engagement, build communities, and generate measurable business outcomes. Prior agency experience with proven success in handling social media pages is a must.

What You Will Be Doing

• Own and execute the social media calendar across Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, and emerging platforms.

• Develop content strategies aligned with brand goals and campaigns.

• Manage influencer collaborations and partnerships for regional reach.

• Analyze metrics (reach, engagement, conversions) to optimize strategy.

• Collaborate with design and copy teams for content creation.

• Stay updated with trends and platform innovations.

What We Would Like to See in You

• 2–4 years of agency experience managing multiple brand handles.

• Proven track record of building & growing social media pages.

• Strong grasp of platform algorithms, analytics, and paid campaigns.

• Creative mindset with execution discipline.

• Ability to juggle multiple channels and campaigns simultaneously.

Location: Bangalore

Proficiency in Telugu is mandatory
