The Social Partnerships Executive provides ideation and implementation for commercial social media activity across the Kayo and FOX Sports suite of channels. An important part of the Partnerships team, the role works closely with the FOXTEL Media sales team and the FOX Sports social content team, to drive advertising revenue and ensure accurate and timely execution of integration for our advertising partners.
Key Responsibilities
• Work with sales teams to generate ideas and responses for client briefs to drive revenue
• Support broader Foxtel media briefs and initiatives driving revenue outcomes across the FOXTEL Group including Kayo and Binge
• Continuously innovate and adapt ideas to the latest sport results/news/events
• Utilise strong foundational knowledge of sales processes, sports rights, and the Fox Sports/Kayo digital/social product to drive revenue outcomes
• Create PowerPoint presentations and flyers to take ideas, results and best works out to market
• Ownership of proactive and responsive opportunities from ideation phase through presentation, execution, optimization and reporting
• Create engaging social copy to accompany produced content with sound knowledge of sport
• Work across social platforms to publish and amplify commercial content
• Day-to-day reporting and customer communication
• Attend shoots/live sporting events to capture client content
About your experience
• Strong passion for sport and entertainment, with a deep understanding of audience behavior and trends
• Minimum 2+ years’ experience in media sales, partnerships, or a similar role (agency or in-house)
• Proven experience in social content and branded partnerships across digital platforms
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Adobe Creative Suite (particularly Photoshop and Premiere Pro)
• Working knowledge of content production processes, including briefing, filming, and post-production
• Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple campaigns in fast-paced environments
• High attention to detail, with the ability to deliver accurate work under tight deadlines
• Self-motivated, proactive, and solutions-focused with strong problem-solving abilities
• Confident communicator with experience building presentations, leading client briefings, and contributing to creative ideation
• Understanding of digital asset management across platforms (e.g. social, web, podcast content)
• Strong collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across internal teams and external partners
• Creative thinker with an interest in content, innovation, and partnership strategy
• Solid knowledge of the sports landscape and emerging trends in social media
• Open to flexible working arrangements
