Key Responsibilities
• Engage and collaborate with senior stakeholders, shaping and executing strategies that deliver world‑class client service across Asset Servicing and other line of business
• Develop and drive enterprise client reporting capabilities by focusing on service governance and a single enterprise view for the client
• Plan and prioritize, define scope, goals, milestones, dependencies, and sequence work effectively
• Requirements translation — convert business goals into clear deliverables for product, tech, operations and analytics teams
• Stakeholder management — aligning senior leaders, business teams, tech teams, and control/support functions
• Cross-functional leadership — connecting product managers, engineers, data teams, operations, and business stakeholders
• Lead enterprise level data analysis projects by applying advanced statistical techniques, ML and AI models to extract actionable insights, driving business strategy and improve client experience and BNY’s Commercial Goals
• Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies in data science to continuously enhance analytical capabilities and methodologies
• Direct, motivate and mentor team members, maximize their individual contribution, their professional growth and their ability to function effectively
• Support financial and strategic objectives of the organization by working towards process improvement, automation opportunities, AI integration and thereby generating efficiencies
• Bachelor's degree or higher is required
• 10+ years in investment banking industry and strong understanding of financial domain concepts
• Sound knowledge and hands-on experience on Power Platforms (Power Apps, Power BI and BI infrastructure), hands on AI experience
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data sets and generate actionable insights
• Proven ability to lead initiatives and drive results in a client-centric environment
• Excellent communication skills, capable of conveying data-driven insights to both technical and non-technical audiences
• People management experience would be an added advantage
